Unity of Salt Lake
We have been a part of Salt Lake City's religious community for over 30 years. Our purpose here is to allow our members to grow spiritually at their own pace and to help them in their growth through the lessons and principles of the Unity movement.
Lovingly we invite people of all walks of life to join us in celebrating and honoring the light within each one of us. We affirm our oneness with God creating a joyous space of spiritual growth.

Foundation Premise of Unity

You can expect to be totally accepted for who you are, with no formal assumptions or expectations of who/what you should be.
You can expect to discover what it means to be a person of spiritual reality - by joining us as we explore the Christ within, the good and sacred in each and every one of us.
You can expect to be honored and blessed by those around you, regardless of where you are on your path to knowing God.
Furthermore, you can expect to find opportunities to express the uniqueness that is You - to find ways of allowing your own passion to express as you grow in understanding your own spiritual reality.

The Five Principles of Unity
1) God is the source and creator of all. There is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.
2) We are spiritual beings, created in God's image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefor, all people are inherently good.
3) We create our life experiences through our way of thinking
4) There is power in affirmative prayer, which we believe increases our connection to God.
5) Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough. We must live them!
